Bring the best of you...
          but make it about them!

Everyone has a personal story to tell.  And the more we get to know exactly what we have to offer, the better we can share that gift with others.  Here, I've tried to answer some of the basic questions people ask about this work:

WHAT IS THIS ALL ABOUT?

I love being able to speak to people of all ages and backgrounds about living lives of intention, while serving the needs of those around them and their communities.  It's my philosophy of potential: Bring the best of you to everything you do, and share what you have to offer with those around you.  Hopefully, through an interchange of thoughts, desires and dreams, we can have a positive discourse that can change the world.

HOW DID I GET INTO THIS WORK?

During my undergrad studies, I had the good fortune to become a Resident Assistant.  Through this unique role, and some giving mentors, I was able to learn about leadership development, crisis management, diversity, inclusive language, among other valuable skill sets.  After graduation, as I continued work in Residence Life (which is like Student Life or Student Affairs, except that it is focused on those living on campus), I began to get more and more passionate about leadership and training.  My professional experience has since included being a Resident Director, Residence Life Coordinator and Training Facilitator.
